Every person you sell to,on one record.
One record per person, however many email addresses they use. Lifecycle stage, lead status and lead score on every contact, where they came from, and the lists and saved views your team works them from.
The contact record
Everything about a person, on one page.
Stage, status, score and source at the top. Every email address they use, the companies they belong to, and when you last spoke.
Capabilities
One record per person. Worked from lists and views.
Lifecycle stage, lead status and lead score live on the contact, so the people worth calling today are a saved view away, for your reps and your agents alike.
One record per person
Several email addresses on one contact. Forms, bookings, imports, sequences and inbound mail match on any of them, so nobody gets a second record.
Lifecycle stage and lead status
Both are lists your workspace defines. Rename or reorder the stages in Settings, and let a deal that opens or is won move the stage forward on its own.
Lead score
Fit and engagement rules with points and decay, scored on the contact. Use it as a filter, a column and a workflow trigger.
Lists and saved views
Static lists, plus saved views with AND/OR filters that reach into the company. Columns, inline edit and bulk actions, and either one as the audience for a sequence or the dialer.

Where they came from
Original and latest source, UTMs and landing page on every contact. With opt-in website tracking, visits to your own pages join the timeline once the visitor identifies.
Several companies, labeled
A primary company plus any others the person belongs to, each with a relationship label you define in Settings › Associations.

Field history you can undo
Every field change is kept with who made it, when, and from where: the dashboard, the API, MCP, an import, a workflow or an app. Undo one field, or read it all on the Changes tab.
Clean data by design
Validation rules per field, unique values and dependent dropdowns stop bad data at the door. Merge duplicates with a side-by-side picker, and bring anything back from Recently deleted.
