Board or list
Drag deals across the board, or work the list: saved views with AND/OR filters, the columns you choose, inline edits, bulk edit and export.
Contacts and companies
A deal links to its contacts and to several companies, one of them primary, with a relationship label on each, so the whole buying group is one click away.
Time in stage
See how long a deal spent in each stage, re-entries added up, and days to close once it is won. Stage history records who moved it and when, and every field change is kept with undo.
Lost reasons
Learn why deals slip away. Pick from your own list of reasons when a deal is marked lost, and require one if you want the data.
Stale deals
Open deals that stop moving get flagged on the board, so nothing sits in Proposal for a quarter unnoticed.
Rules and revenue
Rules for every stage. Revenue you can report on.
Required fields, approvals and splits keep the pipeline honest. Products, quotes, renewals, currencies and forecast categories make the numbers worth reporting.
Rules for moving deals
Require fields by stage, stop deals skipping stages or moving backwards, and lock won and lost deals. When a move needs something, one dialog asks for it and moves the deal in a single step.
Deal split
Approvals and splits
A stage can require an approval, which expires after 30 days and resets when the amount, currency, pipeline or owner changes. Split credit across reps by percentage, counted in win rate and revenue goals.
Products, line items and quotes
Keep a product library, add line items the deal amount can follow, and send a quote as a link the customer accepts on the page, with an optional Stripe payment link.
Renewals and recurring revenue
Mark a deal as new business, expansion or renewal, with a recurring amount and a renewal date. Orbit can create the next renewal deal for you and shows MRR and ARR on the Sales dashboard.
Multi-currency
Sell in the currencies your workspace uses, with manual or feed exchange rates. The home-currency amount is frozen at close, and boards, totals, reports and forecasts all use it.
Forecast category
Every deal sits in pipeline, best case, commit, closed or omitted, from your stage mapping or a per-deal override, and rolls up into the forecast in Analytics.

Automation and agents
Deals that open themselves. Follow-ups that never slip.
Deal workflows
Open a deal when a qualified lead submits a form or books a meeting. Workflows also start when a deal changes stage, is won or lost, a field changes or on a schedule, and can update the deal, add a product or rotate the owner.
