Halo is an AI customer-success platform built by Halo AI: support and sales agents, a shared inbox and customer-success workflows. Connected to your Orbit workspace via OAuth, it keeps your contacts and companies in two-way sync, starts its workflows on Orbit events like a deal won, acts in Orbit from those workflows, and appears as a step in your Orbit workflows.
How it works
From form submission to Halo.
In Halo, open Settings → Integrations → Orbit and click Connect with OrbitForms
Authorize via OAuth — review and approve the scopes Halo requests
In Halo, review the field mapping and turn on Two-way sync
The Halo card on your Integrations page shows "Installed" once active
